Every now and then, we sell off some of our used equipment that we no longer
need - either because we "upgraded" or simply moved to another instrument.

| Tansen Electric Guitar
|
This is Mrinal's "precious", that he and Sashi used during the early and "Mark 1.5" days.
Ominous black finish, this is really a metal-axe, complete with floating bridge
Floyd-Rose tremolo, dual hum-bucker pickups, and that unforgettable aggressive shape.
As you can see, this is essentially the Jackson Kelly - Tansen manufactured them in India. In excellent, playable condition. Selling it because (as we all know) Mrinal switched to drums. Comes with a brand new, unused set of 009 strings and a custom-made, form-fitting gig bag.

Epiphone Telecaster Electric Guitar
|
Gaurav's guitar before he switched to bass. Bright red, and with a really
sharp sound. Dual single-coil pickups. In decent, playable condition.
The shape is that of the traditional Fender Telecaster. Selling because Gaurav now plays the bass guitar. Comes with a brand new, unused set of 009 strings and a gig bag.

Casio MT 240 Keyboard
|
OK, this is not a professional stage keyboard. We used it simply as a
MIDI trigger during some recording stuff. It is standard CASIO stuff, no
touch sensitivity, no great tones, no full-sized keys.
We only picked it up because it has MIDI ports, which allowed us to plug it into a computer. And for that purpose, it worked really well. For the record, "Linux Can!" was composed on this keyboard. Asking price: Rs.3,000. Does not include MIDI cables - if you want an original Creative Soundblaster MIDI cable (MIDI->gameport), add Rs.500. |
| Stranger SM800 Mixer
|
We have used this solid-state mixer for our practices as well as for
small shows.
A mixer like this is useful if you have only a couple of amps, and want to amplify and control a number of inputs such as guitars, keyboards, mics, etc. It is an 8-input, stereo out unit, and has a provision for sending the signal to an external effects box. Large sliders, pan controls, effects controls, three-channel equalizer and gain control per channel, LED VU meter. Master volumes and effect levels, as well as individual controls. Perfect working condition, comes with a sturdy travel case. We are selling it because we upgraded to a Behringer mixer. We used the effects send/return connection of this mixer to run the signals through a reverb/delay unit. This separate reverb unit unfortunately developed a PCB crack, making it less usable. We are including it with the mixer anyway, so if you can get it fixed, you got yourself a reverb unit for free!

| Stranger PM100 Amplifier
|
This is the amplifer that we mic'd to record the guitars
for our album "Unbound". During practices, we use this for both "all in one
mixes" (using the mixer above), or for a single instrument or mic.
Unbelievably clean sound, 12" speaker cone, 100 watt RMS output, separate horn tweeter. Really heavy duty stuff. In excellent condition, and we really have no reason for selling it other than that unless we do, we won't be motivated into buying a bigger master amp!

| BOSS MT2 Metal Zone Distortion Pedal
|
Mrinal's first distortion pedal, in good condition (these BOSS pedals are indestructible)! Selling it because (as we all know) Mrinal switched to drums.
This distortion pedal is pretty much *the* pedal for the metal and hard rock genre, better than most digital multi-effects processors for that purpose.

| Stranger Cube-20
|
This is the familiar "everyone's first amplifier". 20 watts
of RMS output, single 8" dual-cone speaker, volume, bass, mid and treble
controls. Has inputs for low and high-impedance devices, as well as
line-out, pre-amp-out and headphone socket.
While this unit has been used a lot, it is still in pretty good condition. The speaker cone is undamaged, but the volume controls are a bit scratchy and may need replacing/cleaning.
